6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The data subject has the following rights:

a) Right of access to personal data

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether and what personal data we process about you, including the right to copies of personal data that we process. Please note that it will not be possible to access information that would compromise our trade secrets or the rights of third parties.

b) Right to rectification

The data subject has the right to have the Controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.

c) Right to erasure (right 'to be forgotten')

In some cases, you have the right to contact us with a request to delete your personal data that we process. Please note that the deletion of personal data is not always possible, especially not if processing is for a legitimate purpose and in compliance with personal data protection regulations.

d) Right to restriction of processing

In some cases, for example, if you question the accuracy, legality or our need to process your personal data, you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. If we comply with your request, we will limit the processing of personal data to the necessary minimum (and the data will generally not be actively processed further). The data subject has the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling (i.e., any form of automated processing of personal data consisting in their use to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to the data subject), which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them. This right shall not apply if the automated decision is necessary for entering into, or fulfillment of, a contract between the data subject and the Controller or is based on the data subject's explicit consent; in these cases, however, the data subject has the right to obtain human intervention by the Controller in the automated decision, the right to express their views, and the right to contest the automated decision.

h) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe that there has been a breach of obligations set by legal regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or with another authority of a member state of the European Union that is entrusted with supervising compliance with obligations in the field of personal data protection. We care about you, so we would be very happy if, before any possible complaint, you contact us directly and give us the opportunity to resolve everything directly with you.
