Mental Wellness and Movement Festival in the Heart of Smíchov

This unique benefit festival combines self-care for both body and soul with support for child psychiatry through a rich program of movement and self-discovery. The event will take place in the historic premises of the Gabriel Loci monastery complex, located in the Smíchov district of Prague. The program is designed for the general public, including families with children, for whom a special creative and play zone has been prepared. Visitors will experience various forms of yoga, breath meditations, cacao ceremonies, or gospel and kirtan concerts, and it is recommended to bring your own exercise mat.
